Will you tell us a little bit about yourself?
My name is Jennifer Hallberg. I have lived in Florida for most of my life. I have been Presbyterian since before I was born. I am first time pastor to two congregations – First Presbyterian Church of Jasper and White Springs Presbyterian Church. I am also the Area Relationship Coordinator for Area 1. I have three cats and a dog. I love to read, play games, and listen to other people’s stories. To me, stories are how we understand each other and the world around us. I love serving the presbytery and the people of my churches.
Why did you apply to serve at the 225th General Assembly?
I never had the opportunity to go before, and a hybrid situation seemed more accessible to me than the normal meeting. I love polity and this would be a wonderful opportunity to see polity in action.
What is your committee assignment?
I will be serving on the Health, Safety, and Benefits Committee
What are you excited about and looking forward to?
Meeting people from all over the Presbyterian Church and reconnecting with friends. For me any time I go to a nationwide event, I find new connections and hear new stories that enrich the experience.

I am so excited for this opportunity and am looking forward to it.
