Student Ministry Coordinator, Palms Presbyterian Church

The Student Ministry Coordinator will work to build relationships with the students of Palms, to foster their connection to one another, to provide weekly opportunities for fellowship and growth, to coordinate a Sunday school program, to encourage students’ involvement in other aspects of church life, to coordinate service opportunities and to plan and lead retreats and trips throughout the year.

Part-Time Pastor, Mikesville Presbyterian Church
Mikesville Presbyterian Church, in Lake City, Florida, is searching for their next Pastor. The church is looking for someone to serve in a part-time position. Their current leader is a Commissioned Ruling Elder, and they are open to other options including a retired minister, a minister looking for a part-time calling or a Commissioned Ruling Elder. Responsibilities include leading and preaching each Sunday; planning worship with the Worship Leader; pastoral care duties such as making calls to sick and shut-ins when needed; officiate weddings, baptisms and funerals as requested; plan and moderate session and congregational meetings; and work with boards and committees to assist them in carrying out their assigned tasks. This position will provide spiritual guidance, pastoral counseling, resources support and social coordination services to residents. The Chaplain will coordinate worship services within the campus and will develop programs to enhance the psychospiritual growth of the residents and staff.
