Highlands Regional Ministry Center Update – November 2022 By Rev. Charles Freeman, Pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church, Gainesville, FL The Highlands Regional Ministry Center took root in the facilities of the former Highlands Presbyterian Church in east Gainesville.
