each other.
4. When the Commission begins its
protocol, the presbytery office will broadcast fax or e-mail a pastoral
letter and this protocol to clergy and churches.
5. If necessary the Presbytery office will take steps to prepare for an
alternate location for operations. The location of this alternate site will
be communicated to the Commission, the clergy and the churches.
6. Members of the Commission will share with each other their proposed
shelter location arrangements and any change in contact information if they
are unable to stay at home.

their churches as soon as possible after the event and will share this
information with Paul Hooker (or a person previously identified in the
conference call before the storm) At a time specified in the “Pre-event”
conference call, Commission members will report assessment information to
Paul Hooker (or a person previously identified if Paul is out of touch).
Paul (or identified person) will contact and begin conversations with PDA,

9. If necessary Dave Tuttle will
establish a time (by email and/or phone) for an “ongoing” conference call
for the Commission members to share information updates.
