Shelby Miller Shelby Miller is a professional librarian who has worked as the part-time Resource Center director since 1992. Shelby enjoys selecting new resources for the needs of pastors, Christian educators, church members, and committees of presbytery. She also assists church librarians in the presbytery and serves as the staff liaison to the Resource Center Subcommittee. In 2003 she inaugurated an on-line catalog of the center’s holdings. A native of New Orleans, Shelby lived in Texas and Connecticut before moving to Jacksonville in 1988. She is married to David Courtwright, a history professor at UNF, and has two sons. She is involved in church activities, and likes reading, watching movies, and going to museums.
